Refund & Return Policy
At SUNDRIFT, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not fully happy with your order, we're here to help.
Return Window
You have [30] days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- In its original packaging, with all tags and accessories included.
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase (order number).
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Custom or personalized products.
- Sale or final clearance items (if applicable to your store).
- Items that have been used, damaged through misuse, or are not in their original condition.
How to Start a Return

- We'll reply with instructions and the return shipping address.
- Once we receive and inspect your item, we'll confirm whether your refund is approved or rejected.
Important: We do not accept returns that are shipped back without being requested and confirmed by our team first.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the [customer's responsibility], unless the item arrived defective, damaged, or was incorrect. In those cases, SUNDRIFT will cover the cost.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for packages lost during return transit.
Refunds
